Freeman v. Nance

United States District Court, E.D. Arkansas, Northern Division

October 14, 2014

JACK FREEMAN, ADC #140176, Plaintiff,
v.
DR. MELVIN NANCE, Grimes Unit, ADC, et al., Defendants.

ORDER

KRISTINE G. BAKER, District Judge.

The Court has reviewed the Proposed Findings and Recommended Partial Disposition submitted by United States Magistrate Judge J. Thomas Ray (Dkt. No. 35). No objections have been filed, and the time for filing objections has passed. After careful consideration, the Court concludes that the Proposed Findings and Recommended Partial Disposition should be, and hereby are, approved and adopted in their entirety as this Court's findings in all respects.

It is therefore ordered that:

1. Plaintiff's motion to order a stay in transfer is denied (Dkt. No. 20).

2. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3), that an in forma pauperis appeal would not be taken in good faith.

SO ORDERED.
