v.

ORDER

SUSAN WEBBER WRIGHT, District Judge.

The Court has reviewed the Proposed Findings and Recommended Disposition submitted by United States Magistrate Judge Joe J. Volpe. No objections have been filed. 3. Any pending motions are denied as MOOT.
