          ORDER

D.P. Marshall Jr. United States District Judge

1From 1 January 2012 to 12 September 2014, Plaintiff and all similarly situated participants and beneficiaries who were included in the Plan, and excluding the defendants, their affiliates and families, and the judge in this case and his staff.

No 103 at 12. In the same Order, the Court appointed Goodman as class representative and her attorneys of record as class counsel.
